Conduct your own research using our ready to use IPD database.
All collaborators are welcome to access the iWIP dataset for projects and secondary analyses. Our repository contains anonymised data from over 12,500 pregnant women, harmonised over 36 randomised control trials which looks at the effects of diet and physical activity on maternal outcomes. The full range of variables available can be viewed in Appendix 3 of the HTA NIHR report (Health Technol Assess2017;21(41)).
The list of approved secondary analyses using the iWIP dataset (as of 19th Sep 2017) is available here.
University of Birmingham is the legal custodian of the i-WIP dataset. Access to the dataset is regulated by prespecified terms and conditions, which is available on request. Data request applications will need to be approved by the Data Access Committee comprised of members of the iWIP collaborative group.
